This is the first time in the history of the BCS that they finally got it right. Here is a run down of the games - and guys/gals, chime in on your pics
Rose Bowl: #1 USC vs #2 Texas Make sure you have your calculators out.
Orange Bowl: #3 PSU vs #22 FSU Two winningest coaches in history of college football, who will break out the wing t first?
Sugar Bowl: #7 UGA vs #11 WVU WVU will pound the ball at UGA, but their defense is suspect.
Fiesta Bowl: #6 ND vs. #8 OSU Brady Quinn vs. OSU D - great match up!
My picks USC in overtime FSU by a field goal late (side note - what they did to Vick they will do to Robinson. PSU will be exposed) UGA by 2 TD's OSU by a TD.

USC by 10 Penn St. by 6 (they will shut down the FSU offense) WVU by 9 (wife is a WVU grad student...totally biased pick) ND by 372 (totally objective pick)
OK, maybe I wasn't that objective about the Fiesta Bowl. This might be the game of the day. I'm going with ND 33 OSU 28.

Nobody seems to believe in the Horns. They are not going to play the role of Oklahoma in Pasadena.

I like the Horns but I think this thing belongs to USC.

Our local fishwrap covers WVU every day, so I am innundated with their propoganda. I think the Big East doesnt deserve the BCS bid even though it is my "home conference". The SEC is on a different level than the Big East. It also doesnt help that WVU is as one dimensional as they come. If UGA shuts down the run - it could get ugly.

Sly - I for one dont think UT will be an Oklahoma role. I think this game is going to be a track meet. The only reason I would slightly favor USC is that the team is two dimensional. No one as of yet has shut down Vince Young and I dont believe that USC will either. USC just looks too good with the two headed monster at running back and the defending Heisman Trophy winner at QB. It is USCs' to loose since they are the returning champion. I for one cant wait for that game. It should be an instant classic.

I say USC is overrated...they do not play in one of the two strongest conferences (SEC or ACC...sorry Sly, they're both better than Big 12) and didn't really have much of an OOC schedule...I say the Horns hook em', thats my gut feeling.

A-Train take that back, you are gonna set a curse on Texas. I saw what you did to Tech and I don't want USC to have a 3 peat.

Texas is the champion of the Big XII. Florida State is the champion of the ACC. Enough said.

Beating OSU at OSU is more of an accomplishment than beating ND at ND. I think Texas will suprise USC, but the game will still be a track meet.
