Texas is larger than half the eastern seaboard. So generalizations are laughable.
As for Pittsburgh, I recommend hitting the Quaker Steak & Lube for a meal. Their onion rings are outstanding. The atmosphere is excellent as well if you appreciate anything in an automotive sense.

yeh we went to that quaker state restaruant the 1st night. really good food and nice atmospohere. we sat outside on the porch and enjoyed the weather. did i mention extremely attractive waitresses. PA girls still don't have anything on them Texas girls but i have a lil over a week left to change my mind.
