Nah I'm just joshin ya Sly. They looked much better than I thought they'd be, but WVU really handed that to them. *cough* foul *cough* If anybody get the chance, you must see a WVU bball game before the end of this year. It is quite possibly the most entertaining basketball you will ever see. 3 point accuracy, precision timing, backdoor cuts. It is so fun to watch. I'd love to see LU impliment a similar offense if we had the shooters. (we should have last year with Blair, Dees, and Monroe)

The Horns committed 24 turnovers and still won.
Foul? Please. The kid was leading with a left forearm to Lamarcus who still blocked it easily.
It was good to get a sloppy game like that oput of the way.

oh quit being such a homer. They got beat and Gansey got killed on the body. It's not like he wouldn't have missed any FT he got anyway

The Big East is the best conference in B-Ball this year hands down. WVU may have a legitimate shot at a conference title - no small feat with the likes of Louisville, Syracuse, UConn, and Nova.

The Big East has to do something to make up for a second consecutive embarassing football season.
Although I have to believe the Big XII, SEC & Pac 10 may have something to say about hoops superiority before the season is done.

The Horns are in position to pull off the NCAA triumvirate ... national champs in football, mens hoops & baseball in the same school year (womens hoops will have a chance as well). Schools like Duke & UConn have all their eggs in one basket.
As for the ACC, it does appear to be a bit of a down year in the league after Duke. But year in and year out, they are the best in the nation. See, I can show some love when its warranted.

Umm, am I dreaming or did Sly just admit that the ACC was best in the nation?

You are dreaming. I admiteed that year in and year out they HAVE been the best recently. That's a clear distinction.
