Horns. What a great football game. I was happy to see Vince lead the victory - frankly listening to Musberger for 3 hours is more than anyone should have to endure! Furthermore, I was getting sick and tired of them gushing over those hippie LB'ers at OSU!
Great win.

UT did everythign they could to keep the Buckeyes in that one. The Bucks played on a short field all night and all they could get out of it were a slew of FGs and that one TD.
I think America now realizes Vince can do more than just run (although they probably would've won easily if they would've kept up a steady diet of his QB draws).
Mack Brown has taken unbelievable grief for his inability to beat Top-10 opponents. Perhaps this one will get that monkey off his back. The next big monkey is in Dallas at the Cotton Bowl in a few weeks. And OU had trouble beating a terrible Rulsa team today. So I think this is the year Mack finally beats Stoops.

I have seen both of OU's games. Their offense is terrible. Texas will beat them this year.
ISU looked like world beaters today.

Iowa was WAY overrated and they won't beat anyone without our Houston boy Drew Tate. He better be OK from his concussion or the Hawkeyes will be in for a rough season.
The strange thing about the Red River Shootout is that it doesn't really matter which team is better heading into their showdown at the Cotton Bowl, anything can happen. UT & OU take turns with win streaks. Perhaps its time the tide has turned.

I think Texas will beat OU. I did fall in love with ISU today though. I am drinking the red Kool Aid - very good on defense.

About half their kids are from the Houston area. There isn't much talent in the State of Iowa. So I'm a little more familiar with them than you might expect. They should make a nicerun at the Big XII North title. But the best in the north wouldn't finish 5th in the South. Its an unbelievably lopsided league.
If Texas can run the table they'll be #1 by the time the national championship game rolls around. Someone is going to beat USC this season. Mark my words. They're the best team in the country but they will slip up somewhere.

I agree - I think USC will lose as well. The great thing about college football is that every game counts.
Just remember -if ISU makes noise in the Big 12 - you heard it from HarrisburgFlame.
