He's a Christian who is now available. And he now probably hates Notre Dame as much as we do. ;D
Its a match made in heaven. Well, probably not. But it makes about as much sense as Dan Reeves. Just thought I'd bring a little levity to these board now that the season is finally over.

I would think that might work if he had not just come from ND. I don't think anybody's ego could take going from the highest profile college coaching job to AA Liberty who just had their 1st winning season in a long time.

Whoa SlyFox. Lets not assume that "we" hate Notre Dame (hopefully you guys won't think less of me now).
Proabably too big a step down from ND to 1-AA, although that is what happened with Gerry Faust. He moved onto Akron to oversee their move up to 1-A.
I think Karcher is the closest LU is going to get to an ND connection for a while.
