Hmmm... Makes you wonder what the point of practice is, if you can't determine a quarterback...
You know, we have this problem EVERY YEAR. Paul Troth was anointed the quarterback last year, but stank it up during game play and was demoted in favor of Brock Farrell.
Two years ago, Gus Condon was the QB, but was later benched for J.R. Barley.
Three years ago, Gus Condon manned the QB slot (before we found out he stunk) and was later benched for Kyle Painter.
Are we not being adequately prepped during practice?

I guess that you would have to question Karchers judgement as a coach if you can't properly evaluate the QB's performance in the preseason to put the right person out there in game time. Hard to believe Karcher was a former QB himself considering the stunts that he has been pulling lately with QB rotations at the most important position on the field.
My question is why he actually stuck with Condon the year after his 38% pass efficiency the previous year. Should have known the guy was not capable of starting Div 1 in the first place. No wonder some of these good recruits are leaving the program with probably more to come next year.
