But I am so glad that Basketball season is starting up and it helps to wash the horrific taste of LU football out of my mouth

Long time, no see. Welcome back to the board.
I think we are relieved to have hoops to take our minds off of our football woes. Let's hope this year's team of new faces can find a way to avoid our usual slow start on the hardwood.

It may take time for this team to gel but I think they will be where they need to be when it counts. Lots of new faces and a pretty tough non conference schedule when you count Buffalo and Lipscomb along with the money games. I think they will compete with UVA tomorrow and a good showing will be big for their confidence and trust in each other. Can't wait for tomorrow!
