is still on page 2 position #14. All of the ESPN hits are killing us getting to the first page.

But if they make it to the ESPN page my message linking to here is on top. So it's like the same thing.

I work directly with the AOL search team. I will see what I can do about getting this moved up on AOL search (powered by Google :-))

I'm with you LUconn - but I would still like to see the day you type "liberty flames message board" in the search window and it pulls up this site first - or at least on page 1 of the search results.

Page 1 - yes! SCAR said he was going to work it out for us! Hindsight is 20/20 but I am glad we didn't change the name of the board now!

Yes Yahoo is actually a strong competitor of AOL Search. AOL Search is a big part of what we do right now at AOL. To get something moved up on the list there are metrix that measure the relevancy of each returned piece of info and how often it is used when someone uses that search term. In other words the search engine prioritizes items. Another easier way to move it up is to pay big bucks. Easier but very costly. Maybe Mark Zanea and Sly can pony up some doe. In fact send it directly to me, I'll make sure it ends up where it needs to go . Seriously though I don't think there is anything else I can do even being on the "inside".
