Hello strangers! Not sure if you all heard or not but our dear Sue Gunter passed away yesterday morning. She was LSU's long time womens BB coach before Pokey took over. She was an awesome basketball coach and and a very warm and wonderful person. I would just like to request that you all pray for those close to her for their loss. she will always be remembered as not only an LSU great but a great in womens college basketball.
I hope all is well with you all and here's to hoping that we both make the tourney again next year!
Tiger Dave

What a great coach, I had the chance to talk to Pokey at the Sweet 16 for quit a whiile and what really stood out to me and Pokey said this numerous this was not that s was she a great coach, but she had thought so many things in life. Women's Basketball has lost a great coach. Much love goes to the family and the LSU family.
