Who is going to be our toughest opponent in the big south this year? I haven't really kept up w/ the other womens teams in the big south.

The usual contenders for second place: High Point, UNCA...and Winthrop may actually be a sleeper, their team has actually been winning. Radford is iffy, they lost to Tech by 6 but needed 2 overtimes to beat IPFW (a team WINTHROP beat by double digits).

Yeah, I'm not predicting anything crazy for Winthrop this year, but they have improved alot and play alot of freshmen. I think they'll end up around 5th or so and will be in good position to be even better next year.

High Point and UNCA I think will try but fail against us. They will give us some game.

I have said all along that I think that it will be UNC Ashville, just because they have somewhat of an inside/outside presence in Shepard and Hood.
