Since nobody has started this with all the other big news going on, here's my attempt. Will 1-9 LU beat 3-7 NSU? NSU's wins are against Sav St, Bethune Cookman, and Howard. Weather should be sunny with temps in the 50's. Go Flames.

I agree with Coastal89. This scenario sets up very nicely for the players coming into the game riding a wave of emotion to win one last game for the coaches who brought them to campus.
Unfortunately, I'm Austin all day Saturday at a family wedding. So I won't be here to join in on the game thread fun. Hopefully I'll be pleased when I learn the results after the reception.

I'll be uncharacteristicly optimistic and say we win by 14, definitely have enough talent to beat a team with this track record.

Your comment on talent is interesing. I was talking with a couple of NSU fans at the game early when LU had the lead and they were remarking about LU's talent, particularly Smith and Terrell, and how could they be only 1-9. They were very surprised when I told them that they were freshmen. Talent wise could have won.

there is NO DOUBT we have more talent than we showed this season. The recruits we picked up last year are PLAYAS.
new coaching, new attitude- hopefully great results and new era for LU FB- starting in 2006!
