Yeah, the big, bad NCAA vrings down the hammer on little Baylor. And they play footsie with Alabama for much more severe charges. Sad. None of those involved with the scandals at Baylor are still there and yet they still gave them the most severe punishment they could without delivering the death penalty.

great job to the guys, esp the coaching staff. hard work evidently paying off- onward and upward to next year. this keeps the BSC respectable, at least partially!

Anyone seen the schedule (posted on the website). Not that much impressed. Was hoping for an upgrade after last seasons success. No Wake Forest, ODU, UNCG, or UNC. Replaced by George Washington, Rutgers, Hartford, Wofford, and Marist. What is everyone else's impression of it. could do better if you ask me.

Either we didn't stand out enough last year, and this year no one cares to play us- or we made an impression, and they don't want a potential loss to Jerry's kids on their record.
I'm going w/ door #1, Bob.

I would have thought that our OOC would be upgraded significantly and continusly get better and see how we match up against the competition. We do have a Big East team coming here in Rutgers. I don't know how good they were last year.

from their own website, www.scarletknights.com/baseball/, they were 31-21 overall, 12-11 in the Big East. and evidently they're in for a 3 game stint, Fri/Sat/Sun- March 17,18,19. for the record: we went 36-19 and (?) 16-12 in BSOUTH (incl post season)(my math may be off- its late)

All of ya have a right not to be impressed, cuz it pretty much sucks. A lot of us were looking forward to playing ODU and our typical instate rivals and going home and away with UVA but they only come here. Oh yea, critic and medic, Rutgers is a poor replacement for teams we should be playing, and it is not cuz other teams don't wanna play us!! its not just the fans who are frustrated sometimes fellas. haha. Well everyone have a good read, and a good day, and keep the posting coming. We'll have 40 wins, but with this schedule, you'd need 50 for an automatic bid......
