Wide Left! This is starting get past the point of frustration.
This is starting to feel more & more like Shenandoah on the hardwood last season.

After the 1st Quarter, we are trailing Concord, 6-zip.
This is beyond embarassing. Let's get these opener jitters out of the way and get down to business pronto.
Hamilton has done a great job but has little to show for it.

I can't seem to get the Liberty Channel stream working tonight so I'm depending on the smooth tones of Jerry Edwards.
And if anybody else wants to join the discussion, please jump right in. Talking with yourself sucks.

Not what I expected early on. One quarter in the books and 0 points. Ridiculous to say the least.

The struggles of the offense aren't anywhere near as disconcerting as the inability of the defense to stop the run.

Finally a defensive stand.
Now its 90 yards to paydirt. Let's get the 'O' rolling.

Hamilton has been getting all the carries and has been fairly effective. Perhaps this will open things up for Farrel.
There you go! Farrel to Turner and we are starting to move the ball in bigger chunks.

Ouch! That didn't take long to fall apart.
This is beginning to slide from frustrating to disenchanting.

Put it in for God sake. Stop dinking around. Should be putting this one in the books by now. Looks like it's punting time again.

Its good to see the defense is finally hitting stride. Now its time for the offense to wake up.

It sure seems desperate going for it on 4th down.
Still no scoring.

That Marshall transfer is giving us fits running right up the gut.

3 minutes to avoid a halftime goose egg.

That's all we've done in this game ... punt & miss field goals.

6-0 at the half. The natives are getting extremely restless. All of our worst fears regarding the offense are proving founded. While the defense got off to that poor start ont he opening drive, in general its been adequate. But the offense has been a MAJOR disappointment. Hamilton has done a decent job. But we keep stalling & getting sloppy.

Is it the QB failing to read the D, run the plays or the backs and recievers failing to execute?

One half in the books and no score. Totally unbelievable. Just think we got UConn next week.

I don't even want to think about U-Conn right now. We have enough problems right now. We're going to have to show VAST improvement offensively to pull this one out.
Our passing game has been nearly non-existent. Its tough to tell off a radio call who is really at fault. Jerry & the color guy rarely if ever say who the problem is on each play. But it sounds like its a combination of Brock misfiring and the receivers not bringing them in.

Hamilton got the start and has all but a couple of the carries and has done a decent job. Otah came in for a couple of plays in the 2nd quarter. But very little offensively has been effective.
This interview with the AD has been fairly interesting BTW.

Making some big plays but not consistently moving the chains as we should against an opponent this weak. Surprising to see the quarterback get so much pressure. I don't know if the O-line is doing the job. We should be blowing them off the ball.

The O-line is definitely not getting the job done from a pass-blocking perspective. Run-blocking appears to be adequate but Farrel is running for his life or being hit as he throws nearly every time.
